1. The Service

We provide wishlist and back-in-stock / discontinued notification features for Shopify stores.

2. Eligibility

The service is available to Shopify merchants who install this app.

3. Fees and Billing

Charges are billed through Shopify Billing.

Plans and free-trial periods follow the App Store listing. You may cancel at any time by uninstalling the app.

Refunds, proration, and other billing-related matters are handled in accordance with the specifications of the Shopify Billing API and the applicable Shopify terms.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You may not violate any law, gain unauthorized access, reverse-engineer the app, infringe the rights of third parties, or engage in any comparable conduct.

5. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to the app and the service (including copyrights and trademarks) belong to us or the respective rightful owners.

6. Exclusion of Anti-Social Forces

The merchant represents and warrants that it is not, and has no relationship with, any anti-social forces or organized crime groups.

If the merchant breaches this section, we may immediately suspend provision of the service without any prior notice.

7. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose or any other warranty.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid during the most recent one-month period.

8. Changes and Termination

We may change the content of the service or discontinue it, with prior notice.

9. Handling of Data

The handling of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan, and the district court having jurisdiction over the location of our head office shall have exclusive jurisdiction by agreement.
