Feature details

WishlistAll plans

Shoppers can save products and variants to a wishlist. Guests are stored in the browser and auto-merged into their account on login; logged-in customers sync across devices.

The storefront wishlist page can be created with one click from the in-app setup guide (no theme editing required).

Back-in-stock alertsAll plans

Automatically notifies subscribers the moment an out-of-stock item is restocked, by Email and by LINE via each store’s connected LINE official account (basic restock LINE is free on every plan).

At most one alert per variant per 24 hours (dedup). Customers choose how to receive alerts (Email / LINE / both).

Send order: each customer receives LINE first, then Email, depending on their setting (both are sent if set to “both”). When multiple customers are waiting for the same item, notifications are sent in order of subscription (earliest first — FIFO). If the monthly notification limit is reached, the remaining alerts are held and sent after the limit resets next month.

When you upgrade to a higher plan, the held alerts are queued for Email/LINE delivery right away and sending resumes on the spot — you don’t need to wait for the next month (alerts are sent earliest-first, within your new plan’s notification limit).

LINE integrationAll plans

Each store connects its own LINE official account (Messaging API channel) to send alerts via LINE. Connect from the "LINE" admin page (steps shown on screen).

Customers link their LINE from the wishlist page (add friend → finish linking). If already a friend, sending "link" (or 連携) in the chat triggers the linking flow.

When you connect your channel, the webhook URL is registered automatically — you just turn on “Use webhook” in the LINE console. The LINE settings page also shows your official account’s message usage this month (your free-tier headroom).

11 languagesAll plans

The entire app is localized into 11 languages. Customer-facing copy, notifications (Email/LINE), the storefront UI, and the admin are all shown/sent in their respective language (English, Japanese, German, French, Italian, Spanish, Polish, Portuguese (BR), Dutch, Thai, Traditional Chinese).

Email senderAll plans

Set the sender name and reply-to of customer notification emails to your store’s (Settings). Sender branding is available on every plan.

Brand colorsIntermediate and up

Change the colors of your storefront buttons, the wishlist heart, and your email & LINE notifications to match your brand. Set four colors (primary, accent, and the wishlist heart outline & fill) from “Brand colors” in the admin and they apply across all three surfaces at once.

Pre-orders & backorders (sell out-of-stock)Pro and up

When an item sells out, products with Shopify’s “Continue selling when out of stock” turned on can keep selling — as a pre-order or a backorder (while stock remains, they sell as normal). Customers see the difference clearly: a “Pre-order” button with an expected arrival date for items you’ve already ordered, or a “Backorder” button with a lead-time estimate for items sourced on request.

Register lead-time wording once as reusable templates (for example, per brand or warehouse) and assign it to products; anything left unassigned uses your default. Pre-order items can be added in bulk via CSV, matched by SKU. You can also set a quantity cap (once the pre-order allocation sells out, the item falls back to backorder) and an acceptance window (outside the period it reverts to backorder or normal selling).

When you switch a sold-out item to “continue selling”, a “You can now order this” alert goes to your back-in-stock subscribers — because while quantity stays at zero, no restock event fires. Each order carries its type (pre-order or backorder) and a delivery estimate, so it flows straight into your order management. To use this, the product needs inventory tracking on and “Continue selling when out of stock” on, with the pre-order/backorder block placed on your storefront.

Discontinued lifecyclePro and up

Before and after a product is discontinued, sends subscribers an "ending soon" notice, a successor suggestion, and reminders to encourage purchase before it’s gone. Also auto-cleans wishlists.

Discontinued flags for products/variants are managed via metafields (definitions created with one click from the setup guide).

Quiet hoursPro and up

During the hours you set (e.g., overnight), notifications are held and sent together once the window ends, so shoppers aren’t disturbed at night. Configure timezone and start/end hours.

Analytics & reportsScale

From your wishlist and restock data, see which products have the most shoppers waiting for restock (to plan restocks), the most-wishlisted products, your key numbers, and notification trends. Rankings can be downloaded in full as CSV. (Phase 1; sales/conversion reporting is planned.)

Your own branding (white-label)Scale

Removes “powered by” and other provider (Exp) labels from notification emails and the wishlist page, so customers experience everything as your own brand. The app stays invisible and your store’s look and feel is preserved.

Send emails from your own verified domain (e.g., from noreply@yourdomain). On top of the sender name and reply-to settings available on every plan, using your own domain improves deliverability and brand trust.

Sending from your own domain requires DNS verification (SPF / DKIM / DMARC), which you can set up by following the on-screen guide. White-label is planned for the Scale plan.
