1. Information We Collect
From the store (Shopify) that installs the app, we collect the following information:
(a) Store information (domain and shop settings).
(b) Customers' email addresses, wishlisted products, and back-in-stock / discontinued subscription details.
(c) When LINE integration is enabled, the LINE user ID, display name, and friendship status.
2. Purpose of Use
We use the information to provide the wishlist feature, to send back-in-stock and discontinued notifications (by email and LINE), and to provide support.
3. Disclosure to and Use of Third Parties
To the extent necessary to deliver notifications, we use Shopify, our email provider (Resend), LINE (Messaging API), our hosting provider (Vercel), and our database provider (Neon).
We do not sell or otherwise provide personal information to any other third party.
4. Retention and Deletion
We delete the relevant data when a customer unsubscribes or when the store uninstalls the app.
In addition, we appropriately respond to data access and deletion requests in accordance with the Shopify privacy webhooks (customers/data_request, customers/redact, and shop/redact).
We retain data only for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes described above.
5. Cookies / Local Storage
We use the browser local storage to retain wishlists for guests who are not signed in.

To request disclosure, correction, or deletion of your personal information, please contact us at app-support@experanza.co.jp.
7. International Data Protection (GDPR / CCPA)
Your data is stored on the infrastructure of the cloud providers we use (Vercel, Neon, and Resend) and may be stored outside your country of residence.
If you are located in the European Union (General Data Protection Regulation, GDPR), the State of California (California Consumer Privacy Act, CCPA), or another region, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal information, to object to its processing, and to exercise other rights granted under applicable law.
